All goods are hired on the understanding that they are returned to us in an undamaged condition, the customer undertaking to be fully responsible for them until they are returned. Hires must be returned immediately after use and any hires more than 3 days overdue will be charged for half a hire fee extra.

We reserve the right to charge for repairs to garments returned in a heavily soiled or damaged condition. Where it is possible a suit will be repaired, but if it is not possible the customer will be asked to pay for the garment.

DAMAGED Top Hats will be charged at the replacement price of £70. If customers are caught in the rain we would ask you to allow the suit to dry naturally on a hanger away from excessive heat and to return the suit the suit to us without making any attempt to repress.

The laundering of dress shirts is included in the hire price.

CHILDREN'S FITTING
We recommend children's hirewear is fitted three to five weeks before the event due to their rapid growth spurts.

PROOF OF IDENTITY
Proof of identity including address is required before hire orders can be collected.

CHECKING YOU ORDER
Customers are responsible for checking and fitting on garments after collection to ensure complete satisfaction. We will be happy to rectify or exchange the garments if the customer wishes.

DEPOSITS
No deposits are charged on full suit hires providing payment is made with cheque, debit card, credit card or account. Payment with cash requires comprehensive identification and we reserve the right to charge a cash deposit. Certain items are hired individually only against returnable deposit as follows:-

The deposit will be refunded in full upon safe undamaged return of the items.

Hires for MAY DAY will require £100 deposit.

All hire suits and accessories are available for sale, we will be pleased to quote for individual items upon request.
