Formalwear Conditions Of Hire

All hired goods are to be checked on receipt and returned in an undamaged condition.  The customer is responsible for all garments and/or accessories included in this hire agreement til the return date stated.

We reserve the right to charge for any cleaning or repairs to hire garments returned in a heavily soiled or damaged condition. Any garments that are returned beyond cleaning or repair will incur a further charged at full cost of the replacement of the damaged item.

Any overdue hire  will be charged at the rate of 50% of the the hire cost per extra per unless otherwise agreed or notified.
