Shipping, Delivery & Returns


We accept all major credit cards. We currently only supply menswear to the UK. After you have placed your order you will be sent an email with your order confirmation - this is simply a notification that we have received your order - we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. The email notification does not indicate that a contract exists between us, this is created once we have have sent you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case any errors occur in pricing, inadvertently goods have been under priced, or we are no longer able to supply a product. If there is an error in price, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance of the new price.

DUTIES AND TAXES

When a package is shipped to internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping, post & packaging cost. We only charge for transporting your goods therefore these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

Shepherd & Woodward are not responsible for these additional charges that may apply.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the UK), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to the UK, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Shepherd & Woodward Ltd

 

Delivery Information

We endeavour to send your order within 1 working day of receipt, and most orders are received within 3 business days.  Some items may take up to 5 working days so please bear with us if this is the case. 

Most items can be collected in store on the same day between 11am and 3pm. 

During Freshers week please bear with us - all orders may take longer to process due to the unusual volume of orders.  With graduation hires please be assured that your gown will be ready for collection from 3pm the day before you graduate.

Back Ordered Products

If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you and notify you via email.


Our Returns Policy

We do not refund postage and packing charges, and if you decide to exchange goods costs will be chargeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
